WHO CAN ATTEND?

The Space Autonomy International Expo is tailored exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) professionals involved in space tech integration and development. This includes, but is not limited to:

IS THE EVENT FREE TO ATTEND?

Yes, the event is free to attend however, it is exclusively for industry professionals who must provide verification of their role.

CAN I EDIT MY REGISTRATION DETAILS?

Yes, please email marketing.team@fortem-international.com for any edits to your details.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BADGE?

You will receive your badge up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BADGE AND SHOWGUIDE IN THE POST?

If you haven’t received your badge and showguide in the post, please be patient. If you have not received them at least two weeks prior to the event, there’s no need to panic. You will be able to pick up your badge and show guide upon arrival at the event.

I'M A STUDENT, CAN I ATTEND?

University students are welcome to attend the Space Autonomy International Expo, however, the event is heavily tailored for professionals, organizations, and associations within the space sector. For student requests to attend to be approved, students should be studying a subject relevant to the event and industry.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD?

No, children are not permitted at the event. The event is designed specifically for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) professionals, and access is restricted to industry attendees only. For safety and logistical reasons, it is recommended that attendees make alternative arrangements for childcare during the event.

VISA LETTERS

We are only able to issue visa support letters to speakers whom we have invited to speak at the event, and exhibitors who have paid in full for their stands. If you are a speaker, please discuss this with the content team. If you are an exhibitor, please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible. Please note that exhibition fees will not be refunded in the case of a visa not being obtained or denied.

 

Under no circumstance are we able to issue visa letters to visitors attending the event. If your application to attend the event has been approved, you will receive an email confirming this, and we recommend using this email as supporting documentation for your visa application.

HOW DO I BECOME A SPEAKER?

Speakers at the Space Autonomy International Expo are hand-picked by the event organizers. If you are interested in becoming a speaker, please email marketing.team@fortem-international.com. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that all requests will be approved for a session. We carefully select speakers based on their relevance to the event’s content and audience.

DOES MY TICKET GIVE ME ACCESS TO BOTH DAYS?

Yes, your ticket will provide you with access for both days of the event.

I NEED ADDITIONAL TICKETS

If you need additional tickets for the Space Autonomy International Expo, please visit the registration page on the event website.

I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND

If you're unable to attend the Space Autonomy International Expo, we recommend reaching out to the event organisers for more information on potential alternatives, such as accessing event materials post-show. We recommend following the event's social media channels to stay up to date with the latest news, updates, and highlights from the event. This will help you keep informed about key sessions, exhibitors, and any content shared after the expo.

CAN I JOIN VIRTUALLY?

Space Autonomy International Expo is an in-person event only and can not be streamed virtually.

Yes, you can register at the front desk upon arrival.

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY TICKET?

Don’t panic, our registration team will be able to print out your badge on the front desk.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?

The event will open at 10am on both days and close at 4pm.

IS THERE WIFI AT THE VENUE?

There is free wifi at the venue for attendees.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

There is no strict dress code for the Space Autonomy International Expo, and attendees are welcome to wear what they feel comfortable in. However, we recommend professional attire or smart casual clothing to maintain a polished and business-appropriate appearance at the event.

IS THERE DISABILITY ACCESS?

IS IT DOG FRIENDLY?

The venue is not generally dog-friendly; however, assistance dogs specifically trained to support individuals with disabilities are permitted in accordance with UK regulations. Only such assistance dogs will be allowed on the event premises.

IS THERE RESERVED SEATING FOR SEMINAR SESSIONS?

Seating for the conferences at the Space Autonomy International Expo is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you have a seat for the session you'd like to attend, it is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the session.

CAN I FILM?

If you wish to film or take photographs at the Space Autonomy International Expo, please apply for a press pass. Please note that live streaming is not permitted. If you are from a news channel, kindly email marketing.team@fortem-international.com for further details and approval.
